07/09/11 ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 主要改版重點介紹

IT 服務管理系統ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011是一套服務管理標準(SMS)，ISO國際標準化組織於2011年4月進行改版。Bureau Veritas Certification 的ISO/IEC 20000-1驗證服務取得並維持主管官署/認證機構APMG的認可，相關的轉版過渡規定將於近期公布。

必維國際檢驗集團(Bureau Veritas)於2010年9月9日完成對英斯貝克(Inspectorate)的收購。收購完成後，BV將在全球140個國家設有1000個辦公室和330個實驗室，擁有47,000名員工，預計全年營收將超過30億歐元。

02/04/10 ISO/ TS 16949: 2009改版客戶須知

ISO/TS 16949:2009新版標準變更，如何實施版本升級，可比照ISO9001：2008標準之更新做法： 1. 即日起，客戶可選擇於定期稽核(Surveillance Audit) 時要求改版查核，據以更新證書版本(TS16949:2009)，須負擔更換證書之額外工本費用。 2. 亦可選擇於現有2002年版證書有效期滿，進行再驗證(Re-Certification)時再行換證，不須再負擔換證費用。 3. 2009年10月15日以前核發ISO/TS16949:2002證書仍被承認，直到換證為止。

02/04/10 ISO 9001: 2008 改版客戶須知

國際標準化組織(ISO)已經於11月15日正式出版 ISO9001:2008。自即日起，台灣衛理Bureau Veritas Certification等驗證機構將可使用新版發準為客戶提供驗證稽核服務，並且須於監督稽核(Surveillance, SV)或再次驗證(Re-Certification, RA)之後，才能發出ISO9001:2008證書。
